Yeah, the holidazes are over and it’s time to get back to WERKS!
The new wings this week will be the HANOI CARAMEL SAUCE WINGS! We are taking another direction with caramel and pairing it with Fish Sauce (which truth be know, we have issues with…fish sauce we mean). The sauce will also include garlic, lime juice and our chili pepper sauce which are fried chilies and peppercorns, it’s hot and chunky.
