1. CHICKEN SATAY WINGS w/ PEANUT SAUCE:
The wings are not coated but bathed in coconut milk, garlic, lemongrass, thai fish sauce, lime juice, blue agave, turmeric and curry powder. You dip it into our non spicy Peanut Sauce that we make in house.
2. CHICKEN KARA-AGE SANDWICH:
Again, we weren’t happy with last week’s sandwich so hopefully this will be it! THIS IS THE JAPANESE VERSION OF KFC…no not Korean but the Colonel’s! We are making it with chicken tenderloin coated in potato starch. It’s simple, with veggies dressed in our soyu dressing and the bun buttered with Kewpie Mayo. You can also ask to put on your favorite sauce such as our KFC.
